Your health, safety and comfort are always our top priority at Betty Miller Cleaning, especially now during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are following guidance issued by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local Health Authorities to ensure the safest possible environment.  

In our commitment to protecting our valued Customers and Crews, we are taking the following measures when providing our services:  Our Crews wear face coverings, gloves and shoe covers exchanged between each service appointment. 

We sanitize tools/equipment between each Customer and use only fresh towels, mop heads and other consumables for each service appointment. We promote social distancing between Crew members and Customers whenever possible, as well as offering the option for full contactless service upon request. 

We have adjusted our cleaning procedures for extra focus on fully disinfecting high-traffic/high-use areas of your home and office.  We will never come to your house if one of our cleaning specialists is feeling sick or unwell. We will simply call you and ask to re-schedule the service.
